Innovative Closed-Loop Water Systems
Hydros Agritech offers modular closed-loop systems designed to recover water and stabilize nutrient outputs with reliable, repeatable performance. Our solutions are configured to fit site realities—space constraints, influent variability, operational staffing, and permitting—so clients can minimize discharge exposure and create practical reuse pathways.
Hydros Integrated System
The Hydros Integrated system is our cutting-edge multi-patented system that accelerates nature in order to recover water, energy, nutrients, and fertilizer thus sustaining the environment while reducing costs and generating revenues.

Standard lagooning, anaerobic digesters, and even state-of-the-art bio gas reactors don’t do the full job. The Hydros System optimizes anaerobic and aerobic reactors, includes a de-nitrification process, and a patented algae growth process.
The Hydros System creates a balance, and in turn, profitable outputs are produced. The outputs are converted waste streams into multiple valuable resources, producing high-quality fertilizer, nutrient-rich algae for animal feed, renewable biogas energy, and tertiary-grade clean water suitable for reuse or sale; all of which create both environmental benefits and diversified revenue opportunities.

The Kaimana™ System
The Hydros Agritech Kaimana™ wastewater closed-loop system is a modular, engineered platform that converts wastewater streams into recoverable resources—treated water and stabilized nutrient outputs—through a controlled, integrated process train.

Designed for municipal and agricultural applications, Kaimana supports end-to-end capture, treatment, and recovery, with system configurations tailored to influent characteristics, operational requirements, and reuse objectives.
Kaimana is built for operational reliability and compliance readiness, prioritizing consistent output quality, controlled stabilization, and monitoring practices that support responsible reuse and land application programs. It integrates with existing site constraints and workflows and scales from pilot deployments to full build-outs—helping operators move from managing waste to managing value through measurable, repeatable resource recovery.

The Protech™ System
The Hydros Agritech Protech™ closed-loop mobile water system is a transportable treatment platform designed for rapid deployment and operational protection where fixed infrastructure is limited or conditions are changing. Built for municipal and agricultural environments, Protech provides an integrated process train for capture, treatment, and controlled reuse—supporting performance stabilization during peak loads, seasonal shifts, maintenance events, and emergency response scenarios.

Protech is engineered for reliability, repeatable output quality, and compliance readiness, with monitoring and controlled treatment that can be integrated into existing workflows with minimal disruption. Its mobile architecture makes it well suited for multi-site operations, pilots, and phased rollouts—enabling teams to maintain continuity, reduce discharge risk, and validate reuse pathways without overbuilding permanent
infrastructure too early.

Performance That Pays
Hydros Agritech systems are engineered to deliver operational outcomes that translate directly into ROI. By reducing hauling and disposal reliance, improving process stability under variable inflows, and enabling reuse pathways for recovered water and stabilized nutrient outputs, clients lower recurring costs and reduce risk exposure. Just as importantly, our designs emphasize operator usability, predictable performance, and
monitoring practices that support compliance confidence and long-term resilience.
Regulations
Evolving water reuse and biosolids regulations are increasing requirements for monitoring, performance consistency, and responsible reuse. Hydros Agritech systems are designed with compliance readiness in mind—supporting controlled treatment, repeatable output quality, and practical monitoring that aligns with permitting and program requirements. We design to help operators reduce discharge exposure, improve documentation readiness, and adapt as regulatory expectations change.
Economics — The ROI Stack
Hydros Agritech projects are evaluated using a stacked ROI lens, where value derives from multiple operational levers rather than a single performance claim. Systems can reduce cost centers while creating new efficiency pathways (reuse, stabilization, operational continuity). This approach supports practical decision-making for municipalities and operators who need reliable outcomes and defendable economics.
Sustainability & Compliance
Sustainability
Hydros Agritech closed-loop systems help organizations meet sustainability objectives by making water use and recovery measurable, manageable, and defensible. By capturing, treating, and reusing water, they reduce freshwater demand and minimize discharge exposure, while providing monitoring and repeatable performance that supports compliance with evolving water and biosolids regulations. The result is stronger alignment with stakeholder expectations, clearer reporting, reduced environmental risk, and practical progress toward circular water management goals.
Compliance & Supply Chain Alignment
Hydros Agritech systems are designed to support transparent, controlled operations that align with municipal reporting needs, agricultural reuse programs, and downstream handling requirements. Our closed-loop approach improves consistency and documentation readiness by prioritizing repeatable outputs and monitoring practices, helping clients meet permitting obligations, reduce stakeholder concerns around discharge and biosolids handling, and demonstrate responsible resource recovery over
time.
